■ Business content:
You will be in charge of quality control of the company's products such as "vertical transport equipment" for clean rooms and transport systems, which boast a market share of the industry.
The ideal is that there will be more work such as building a quality control system and creating a system than work such as product inspection and shipping confirmation by yourself.
Eventually, I hope that you can make use of your ideas in "creating a mechanism" that allows all employees to voluntarily work on quality control.
You will be in charge of the following tasks.
・ Production process (quality) management, process management
・ Process/process improvement and verification (from the aspect of quality) (You will also work on shortening work time and inventory reduction, but you will also work on accurate data collection and verification work)
・ Education and enlightenment activities for members including other departments
・ Operation of ISO9001 and (eventually) proposal of the management system

The Work flow

  • Confirmation of customer's required quality, product specifications, etc.
  • Production process management and process management in accordance with ISO for each section
  • If quality is unnecessary, investigate the cause and carry out improvement activities in collaboration with each department.
