- Robot Service
Robots are already indispensable in production Process. Today, robots are adopted in a wide range of fields including medical and nursing care, and are continuing to evolve. Our robot service team was born out of an alliance with Yaskawa Electric Corporation, and is now expanding nationwide in Japan as a professional group for the maintenance and teaching of industrial robots.
Industrial robots require regular maintenance to keep them functioning well.
It is important to prevent malfunctions and hazards through maintenance, and our skilled engineers can provide the best maintenance services.
In order to introduce a robot, it is necessary to link it with peripheral equipment and teach it the operation sequence and working posture.
We have trained a large number of engineers with this advanced technology, and they can perform on-line and, depending on the model, off-line teaching to minimize downtime at the production site.
MERIT Benefits of Offline Teaching
01.Problems after robot operation can be checked in advance.

03.Teaching time can be reduced.
04.Training costs for teaching engineers can be reduced.
