Our robot service team was born out of an alliance with Yaskawa Electric Corporation, and is now expanding nationwide in Japan as a professional group for the maintenance and teaching of industrial robots.

Teaching Robot

In order to introduce a robot, it is necessary to link it with peripheral equipment and teach it the operation sequence and working posture.
We have trained a large number of engineers with this advanced technology, and they can perform on-line and, depending on the model, off-line teaching to minimize downtime at the production site.

We are able to offer with a wide range of robot service for different kinds of manufacturers, whereas robot manufacturers usually only work with their own robots brand.

We can provide a wide range of services from inspection work, parts replacement, set-up to commissioning of a wide range of robots from old to the latest models. ​
​We can also update robots from old models to new models.
As for teaching, we can also offer difficult teaching by using our vision system. ​​
Off-line teaching and layout verification by using MotoSim EG-VRC are also available.

We are able to carry out inspection work, parts replacement, set-up and commissioning of small to medium sized machines.
​​Off-line teaching and layout verification by using ROBOGUIDE is also possible.
​​We are planning to increase the number of models we offer in the future. ​

We are able to carry out a wide range of inspection work, parts replacement, set-up and commissioning of both older and newer models of robots. ​​
​​We can also provide overhaul services for very small robots.
​​For teaching, we can provide deburring, welding and handling services. ​​
In the future we will be able to offer high level teaching by using our visual equipment and 3D sensors. ​

HIWIN

HIWIN

We can provide inspection, parts replacement, setup, and commissioning services for all models currently on the market. ​
​​Off-line teaching and layout verification by using HRSS are also available.
​​HIWIN has excellent cost performance and is a manufacturer that we are focusing on. ​

We currently have 4 service centers in Japan and plan to expand to 8 by 2025.
We will continue to increase the number of service centers and engineers to meet the ever-increasing demands of our customers and to increase the speed of our response.
